How the session runs
Pre-session questionnaire
A brief set of questions sent ahead so we arrive informed about your business context.
Working session (half day)
We walk through your daily routines and current tools together, asking plain questions about how things actually run.
Written summary delivered
Within two working days, you receive the opportunity map and written summary. No next steps unless you choose them.

Built-On Integration
For teams ready to add supportive tools on top of routines that already serve them well, we connect dependable assistants to your existing systems and tune them carefully. Built for small businesses that value continuity. Scope spans about two to three weeks.

Weekday Accessibility
All support windows operate during Singapore business hours. Responses to queries are provided within one working day during support periods.

Each service stands independently. Completing one does not create any obligation to proceed to the next. Retainer clients may pause with appropriate notice.
