Our Company
Steady people behind practical AI
Bumi Logic was set up for one reason: to help Singapore small businesses work with AI tools in a way that feels measured, safe, and genuinely useful.

Built by people who have worked closely with small firms
Bumi Logic started from a straightforward observation: most AI adoption advice was written for large teams with technical staff and generous budgets. Small business owners in Singapore — the coffeeshop operator, the logistics firm of twelve people, the professional services practice — were largely left to figure things out on their own.
We set up to fill that gap quietly. Our approach is consultative rather than prescriptive. We spend time understanding how a business already runs before we suggest anything at all. Sometimes the answer is that a particular AI tool would genuinely help. Sometimes the honest answer is that it would add more complication than it removes — and we say so plainly.
The name Bumi Logic reflects that grounded approach. "Bumi" carries the sense of earth and ground in several Southeast Asian languages — something beneath you that holds steady. That is how we think about AI integration: not as a transformation, but as a careful layer added on top of what a business has already built well.
Our Mission
To make AI adoption feel manageable and honest for small businesses in Singapore — one steady step at a time, with no disruption to what already works.
Our Outlook
We see AI as a supporting tool, not a replacement for human judgement. Our work is to connect the right tools to the right tasks — carefully, and with transparency about what they can and cannot do.
Our Commitment
Every client receives our honest assessment — including when we think a particular tool is not the right fit. We measure our success by whether your business runs a little better, not by the number of tools we install.
The People
A small team with a clear focus
We keep the team small deliberately. It means every client works with someone who knows the project properly, not a rotating roster of unfamiliar faces.

How We Work
Standards we hold ourselves to
These are the working principles that shape every project we take on — from the first session to ongoing support.
Plain Communication
We explain every recommendation in everyday language. Technical terms are defined where they appear and never used to obscure a straightforward point.
Data Handling With Care
Client information shared during consultations is treated with strict confidence. We do not retain business data beyond what is needed to complete a project.
Written Records
Every engagement produces written documentation — summaries, notes, and reference guides — that remain with the client in full.
Honest Scope
We define the scope of each engagement clearly at the start and hold to it. If circumstances change, we discuss adjustments openly before proceeding.
Continuous Learning
The AI tool landscape shifts regularly. Our team keeps current so that the options we present are relevant, tested, and appropriate for small business contexts.
Post-Integration Review
After setup, we follow up to confirm that tools are performing as expected. If something is not working as hoped, we address it without additional charge during the support window.
AI integration, approached at the pace of a real business
Many Singapore small businesses have explored the idea of using AI tools for tasks like drafting communications, sorting enquiries, or handling repetitive data entry. What often holds them back is not interest — it is uncertainty. Uncertainty about cost, about how long it takes, about whether the staff will cope, and about whether the end result will actually hold together under day-to-day pressure.
Bumi Logic was built to address those specific concerns honestly. We begin every engagement by listening rather than pitching. A Firm Footing Session takes one working day and produces a written summary of realistic opportunities and a candid estimate of the effort involved. If the opportunities are limited, we say so. If they are worth pursuing, we outline a sensible path forward.
For businesses ready to move ahead, our Built-On Integration service connects the right tools to the systems already in use — without replacing what works. Staff receive a clear walkthrough and a written reference they can return to. The fortnight of support that follows means questions arising after go-live are handled promptly and without additional cost.
The Solid Ground Retainer is designed for firms that want a consistent presence — someone to keep an eye on how the tools are performing, make sensible adjustments as routines evolve, and produce a brief quarterly summary. It is not a support line for emergencies; it is a quiet partnership for businesses that prefer steady progress over occasional bursts of change.
